The 1,600-sq-ft (150-sq-mt) fitness centre on the third floor is decorated in hand-painted murals and Italian marble. It provides complimentary state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment and strength machines including Exercise Bikes, Free weights, Stair Climbers, and Treadmills and free weights. The centre also has a private massage therapy room.

Lifecycles, StairMasters and treadmills are equipped with individual stereos and TV/VCRs. Certified trainers are available on request. Complimentary juice and fruit is served.

Men's and ladies' shower facilities are provided. Guests can arrange to have massages in the comfort of their room. Jogging routes of Central Park are also available.
