Food and Wine

Taj Boston offers guests the chance to enjoy everything from Afternoon Tea to award-winning cocktails to innovative and decadent cuisine.

When the legendary 1927 building at the corner of Arlington and Newbury Streets became Taj Boston, a new sense of international style enhanced this landmark. Now Taj Boston welcomes an outstanding Executive Chef to bring the cuisine to a higher level: Franck Steigerwald. He comes to Taj Boston with a philosophy that meticulous attention to the quality and freshness of ingredients is paramount. With this palette, he proceeds to accent each flavor and texture into a fusion that has an East-West motif. Mediterranean flavors merge with Chef Steigerwald’s innovative artistry, creating a signature style.

With the launch of the autumn season, he has designed new menus in The Café, The Bar, The Lounge for Afternoon Tea, In-Room Dining and Catering. Click here to Meet the Chef
