Aquarius Suite
In sanskrit the translation of ‘aquarius’ is ‘kumbha’ or pitcher. the unique shape of this traditional water vessel became then source for the design of the aquarius suite. thus, shaped and designed to resemble a pitcher, an aqua theme flows through this swimming pool facing suite.
Bleached white ash flooring, soft water veined marble and pale aqua walls envelope you upon entry to the Aquarius Suite. Akin to a traditional water container, the entrance is deliberately elongated. The colour scheme follows along the path with dashes of fresh deep turquoise, against softer lighter ones. Golden accents sparkle and a shagreen headboard represents the sea.. The entrance opens out into a generous living room, a study and lounge verandah, over the pool, and a master bedroom with an ensuite five-piece washroom. All the artwork represents Aquarius the water-bearer, and a collection of pitchers and vases accessorise all table-tops.
