Neel Kamal

Neel Kamal or the "blue lotus" denoted the divinity of Lord Shiva. In our interpretation of this sense of divinity and tranquility, we aim to bring to you authentic flavours of the royal cuisine of Mewar, with local ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques, such as our wood-fired stoves.

The Cuisine is accentuated by the restaurant setting - traditional ambience and views of the Lily Pond, the mesmerizing water feature which forms the centerpiece of the inner courtyard of the Palace.
