Chef Anirudhya Roy is an enthusiastic and motivated chef and leader with extensive
professional experience. Every day, his team at Taj Lands End and him look forward to an experience of producing a unique combination of spices, which have character and depth. A dish, which would give his guests pleasure both visually and gastronomically. The food that he cooks is from the heart and has been influenced by the old time hotel cooks, the shepherds of Rajasthan, cooks of Royal families, Indian master chefs, Chef's in London, Italian chefs and loads of other people who intentionally or otherwise inspired him. Chef Roy's cuisine is personalized and is a reflection of places he has been to, people he has interacted with and chefs like Anton Mosimann, Gordon Ramsey, Richard Neat who he feels have showcased their cuisine and bit of themselves and their thoughts to him.
