Nitin did his three-year Diploma in Hotel Management from Lucknow in 1993 and Joined Taj as management trainee
He specialized in Bakery and confectionery at The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi and pursued his carrier with Taj at various positions in different hotel locations including Taj Palace new Delhi, Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur, Taj Garden Retreat Varkala and Taj Bengal Kolkata.
After a tenure at Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi as Executive Sous Chef, he has been moved to Taj Krishna , Hyderabad as Executive Chef in Oct 2009.
