Telepresence

Taj Boston has officially launched the first high-definition video-conferencing facility for hotel public use.

The new telepresence system has been created in conjunction with Tata Communications and Cisco, and is now available in three other Taj properties across the world: the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower, Mumbai; the Taj West End, Bangalore; and 51 Buckingham Gate in London.
