The hotel's Newbury Street entrance offers a wheelchair accessible route that accesses the main lobby, Cafe and guest elevators via a ramp. Taj Boston offers valet parking at the Arlington Street entrance.

Taj Boston features 13 ADA compliant guestrooms, one with roll-in shower, plus one ADA compliant Executive Suite also with a roll-in shower. The hotel's iconic Cafe is accessible via the Newbury Street entrance and the Bar is accessible through a lift in the hotel's lobby. All other areas of the hotel are accessible via the guest elevators.

Accessible Rooms & SUITES - DELUXE ROOM

ADA Deluxe guestrooms are 325 square feet or 30 square metres with a choice of one king bed or two double beds, and have a tranquil interior view. Comfortable armchairs, wooden armoire with flat screen television and a desk with chair add to this relaxed setting. The ADA compliant bathrooms feature either a roll-in shower or deep soaking tubs with grab bars and bath fold down seats available upon request. The rooms also have wheelchair accessible controls for lighting and air-conditioning, and audible and visual smoke detectors. For increased security, all doors have wheelchair accessible viewers.
