Meet Executive Chef Kiran

Chef Kiran began his career with Taj group of Hotels, India’s finest and largest chain of hotels after successfully concluding as Management trainee from IIHM – Aurangabad. During his training he got the chance to train under iconic properties of Taj as well as flight catering operations churning out 30, 000 meals a day.

In his tenure of more than 13 years and one of the youngest executive chef, has had the exposure of one of the finest hotels in Dubai also been personal chef of Prime minister of India during his visit to Goa and held state banquets.

Kiran has won various awards in his company, featured in television shows / articles in news papers. Recently he has also won the prestigious award for Young chef of the year from the tourism minister in 2010.

His cooking style is not limited to any cuisine but emphasis is upon best quality products and simple neat plate. The present assignment being running the show as an Executive chef in unique award winning hotel boutique hotel “BLUE”
