Terms and Conditions:

• The free night offer is only available on the Best Available Rate on room only basis
• Breakfast and meals for kids in the extra room is at 50% of the buffet price; with no discount on a la carte price        
• For hotels offering Kids room free – booking must be made for 2 rooms.
• Bookings made by TRW will travel to hotel as two rooms booked on T 10, with remarks that second room is free for kids.
• The hotel will convert the second room into complimentary basis after ensuring that the reservation numbers are same
• If one of the kids is above 12, the kid will be charged as per policy for extra bed and no discount on F&B is applicable
• If both kids are above 12, the offer is not applicable 
• Additional Taxes and Govt. Levies are applicable. For states where the tax is applicable on Rack Rates or Published Tariff; the tax on complimentary night will be borne by the guest.
• This promotion is not applicable on ad-hoc discounted rates, airline crew, special long-stay, group, conference and event rates.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, promotional offer or negotiated rate (like Early Bird, Last Minute, Hotel Credits Based, etc) other than the one’s specified.
• Only up to 5 rooms for the same date of arrival can be booked.
• Gateway Hotel will not be responsible for inability of the guest in availing the benefits under the promotion due to any reason whatsoever.
• Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Gateway Hotel  reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice, to vary, withdraw, cancel or invalidate the program without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever. Also to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy or dispute, and Gateway Hotel’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding on all.
• All bookings need to be guaranteed by credit card, company letter or Easy Pay at the time of booking and the House Cancellation Policy will be applicable.
• The Offer or extension of stay is subject to availability.
• The terms and conditions of this promotion shall be governed by the laws of India with the courts at Mumbai having the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any matter arising out of this promotion.
