When is the Spa open?
The spa is open daily from 8am to 8 pm.
When should a guest arrive for their spa treatments?
Please arrive 15 mins prior to you appointment. We suggest the relaxing effect of the shower before your treatment. We also strongly recommend a 30 mins session in the wet area before your treatment. Spending relaxing time here will enhance the effect of your treatments by warming muscles, opening pores, encouraging detox and allowing you deeper relaxation during your treatment.
How do guests make an appointment for a treatment?
The appointments could be scheduled before your arrival on email. You may let us know of the day and time of your choice, and the treatment that you wish to book for. On your arrival the appointment could be scheduled either by getting in touch with us on extension 801 & 803 from your hotel room or you can make a booking at the spa reception itself when visiting the spa. Appointments are subject to availability.
What if a guest cannot make an appointment?
Cancellation policy: A 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellation of treatments or re-scheduling of appointment subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 3 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge on the reserved treatment cost. Full charges will be imposed for a “No Show”.
Is there someone to help guests decide on the appropriate treatment?
The spa has a team of well trained Receptionists as well as Spa therapists who can assist you in deciding a treatment most suitable for you. Plus you may also consult the spa manager.
How many kinds of treatments are there and how should a guest choose?
Spa offers wide range of treatments comprising of massages, body scrubs and wraps, beauty treatments, yoga & meditation,.
Signature Treatments: Treatments developed to balance the subtle energy of the body and create a heightened sense of well-being.
Indian Therapies: Are well designed to release the muscular tension enhancing the effect with the help of specially created signature blends of the oil.
Scrubs & Wraps: Enjoy the relaxing, exfoliating and nourishing properties of our scrub and wraps.
Beauty: Your skin will be delicately treated with a cleanser, scrub, mask, massage & moisturizer using our exclusive range of natural products specific to your skin type.
Ayurveda: Ayurveda offers a carefully tuned variety of Ayurvedic treatments.
Yoga & Meditation: Yoga offers a choice of yoga classes.
Is there a limit to the number of spa treatments a guest should plan in a day?
Our spa manger would definitely help you out in booking treatments in the best possible sequence order looking at your skin type and after going through your health assessment.
What if a guest has special health considerations?
In case of special health considerations as declared by the guest while filling up the health assessment form, a treatment suitable is offered to the guest.
What should guests wear during a treatment?
Guests may wish to wear their own bikini or briefs, or we can provide them with hygienic disposable briefs. Guests should choose what is most comfortable. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
Can guests ask the therapist to accommodate personal preferences and /or to adjust the treatment pressure to increase comfort?
We definitely encourage this.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?

We suggest that you leave all valuables in your room.
