These answers to our guests' most frequently asked questions will help to get the most out of the spa experience.

When should a guest arrive for their spa treatments?
We suggest that guests book a treatment when making hotel room reservations. We would be please to recommend a particular treatment upon arrival. Should a guest arrive late for their scheduled appointment, we will accommodate them to the best of our abilities.


How do guests make an appointment for a treatment?
The appointments will be scheduled on a first come- first served basis. The Spa recommends that guests book their appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.


What if a guest can’t make an appointment?
Cancellation policy: A minimum of 4 hours advance notice is required for cancellation of treatments, re-scheduling, and treatment changes or a 50% charge will apply on the reserved treatment cost. Is there someone to help guests decide on the appropriate treatment?
Our Spa Manager will assist in planning a program to suit individual needs.


How many kinds of treatments are there and how should a guest choose?
We offer a simple but effective selection of massage techniques to relax and pamper the body. Our Spa Manager will assist with planning specific treatments that are most appealing and beneficial. For example, guests may simply want to relax or may need to relieve muscular tension.


Is there a limit to the number of spa treatments a guest should plan in a day?
You may have as many as you like. Our Spa Manager will suggest the best order in which to enjoy the treatments.


What if a guest has special health considerations?
Guests should notify our Spa Manager or therapists before booking treatments if they have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after spa treatments.


What should guests wear during a treatment?
Guests may wish to wear their own bikini or briefs, or we can provide them with hygienic disposable briefs. Alternatively, treatments may be enjoyed without clothes. Guests should choose what is most comfortable. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.


Can guests ask the therapist to accommodate personal preferences and /or to adjust the treatment pressure to increase comfort?
We definitely encourage this. Whether it is the music selection, volume, the amount of pressure or a personal favourite from the spa’s specially blended oils, guests should just ask.


What about watches, jewellery, and valuables?
Guests should leave these personal items in their room's electronic safe.
