When should guests arrive for spa treatments?
They should arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow us to help them check in. Our therapists will guide them to the treatment room and begin every treatment with a Welcome Footbath Ritual.
How do guests make appointments for treatments?
The appointments will be scheduled on a first come-first served basis. The Spa recommends that guests View Spa Holiday Offers for this hotel appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
What if guests cannot make their appointments?
The spa requires 4 hours notice for any treatment that needs to be cancelled. For cancellation without prior notice, guests will be charged 50% of the treatment fee and for a no show after confirmation 100% of the treatment fee will be charged to the guest room.
Is there someone to help guests decide on the appropriate treatment?
Our Spa Manager will assist in planning a program to suit individual needs.
How many kinds of treatments are there?

Is there a limit to the number of spa treatments guests can experience in a day?
Guests may have as many as they like. Our Spa Manager will assist them with the best order in which to enjoy the treatments.
What if guests have special health considerations?
Guest should notify our Spa Manager or therapists before View Spa Holiday Offers for this hoteling treatments if they have high blood pressure, allergies, pregnant or other physical ailments or disabilities. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your spa treatments.
What do guests wear during their treatments?
They may wish to wear your own bikini or briefs, or we can provide them with hygienic disposable briefs. Alternatively, treatments may be enjoyed without clothes. Our therapists always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. Guest may wish to come to the Spa wearing the robe provided in their room.
Can guests ask the therapist to accommodate personal preferences and /or to adjust the treatment pressure to increase comfort?
We definitely encourage this. Whether it is the music selection, volume, the amount of pressure or a personal favourite from the spa's specially blended oils, guests should just ask.
