Signature dishes include Dahi ke Kebab, an in-house speciality of hung curd and puffed chana stuffed with khoya and spices, Murg tikka makhni, chicken tikka cooked in rich tomato gravy and finished with cashew and cream, and Khud ki Raan, a whole leg of lamb, marinated and cooked in a tandoor and served in a special clay pot.
