Terms and Conditions:

• The free night offer is only available on the Best Available Rate with breakfast.
• Guests  are  requested  to  book  our  special  “Stay  A  Bit  Longer” promotional rate.
• The discounted or complimentary night will hereafter be referred to as reward night. 
• The last night will be treated as reward night based on consecutive paid nights stayed, depending on the respective hotel’s stay criteria i.e. 2 nights get 1 night free or stay 3 nights and get 1 night free, etc.
• To avail of this offer guests are requested to make a reservation for a  minimum 3 nights stay. The 3rd night rate will be waived on check-in at  the hotel. Similarly, for participating hotels where the free night offer is  available on 4th night, the guests are requested to make a reservation for a  minimum 4 nights and the 4th night rate will be waived on check-in at the  hotel. For hotels offering Kids room free – booking must be made for 2 rooms. Kids room free is available for  guests with kids less than 12 years of age 
• The reward night or the additional room will be on room and breakfast basis.
• Additional Taxes and Govt. Levies are applicable. For states where the tax  is applicable on Rack Rates or Published Tariff; the tax on complimentary night will be borne by the guest.
• The offer is limited to a maximum of 2 reward nights for consecutive 4 or  6 paid nights booked at the respective hotel. In such cases the last two  nights i.e. 5th and 6th or 7th and 8th night will be treated as complimentary. Should a guest cut short his duration of stay and check-out earlier the last night based on the qualification criteria will be treated as reward night and no refund towards unutilized reward night will be allowed.
• This promotion is not applicable on ad-hoc discounted rates, airline crew, special long-stay, group, conference and event rates.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion,  promotional offer or negotiated rate (like Early Bird, Last Minute, Hotel Credits Based, etc) other than the one’s specified.
• A company or guest may only book upto 5 rooms for the same date of arrival. Should the hotel find that more than 5 rooms have been booked from the same company or guest; the hotel reserves the right to negotiate a separate Group Rate and withdraw the complimentary night benefit.
• Taj will not be responsible for inability of the guest in availing the benefits under the promotion due to any reason whatsoever.
• Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Taj reserves the right at any  time at its absolute discretion without prior  notice, to vary,  withdraw, cancel or invalidate the program without having to give a reason thereof,  and without compensation whatsoever. Also to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy or dispute, and Taj’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding on all.
• All bookings need to be guaranteed by credit card, company letter or Easy Pay at the time of booking and the House Cancellation Policy will be  applicable.
• The Offer or extension of stay is subject to availability.
• The terms and conditions of this promotion shall be governed by the laws  of India with the courts at Mumbai having the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any matter arising out of this promotion.
